  64. To INSTALL Visual Calendar Planner, you need a file called VBRUN300.DLL i
  65. n 
  66. your \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory. This file is common to many windows 
  67. applications, so I decided not to include it.

  69. If you don't have VBRUN300.DLL, you can get a copy from the following sit
  70. es:
  71. 1. CompuServe: GO WINSHARE forum, lib #10, filename-VBRUN3.ZIP
  72. 2. Internet: ftp.cica.indiana.edu, pub/pc/win3/util, filename-VBRUN300.EX

  74. 3. BBS: Most major Bulletin Board Services (BBS) in your town or city do 
  75. carry the file VBRUN300.ZIP or VBRUN3.ZIP or VBRUN300.EXE, search arround

  77. for a while. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

  79. After the required steps mentioned above taken by you, run INSTALL.EXE

  82. Known Problems or Frequently Encountered Problems
  83. -------------------------------------------------
  84. 1. If you encounter any problem installing Visual Calendar Planner,
  85. for example, some messages telling you "CTL3DV2.DLL is in use" or
  86.  "xxxx.VBX
  87. is in use", exit the installation process and restart Microsoft Windows.
  88. This will give you a clean bootup with no conflict with other files
  89. currently being used.

  92. 2. THREED.VBX causes conflicts with different versions. For various
  93.  reasons,
  94. I did not copy THREED.VBX to \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory. If you come
  95.  across
  96. complains from THREED.VBX, take the following measures:

  98. a. Rename the file THREED.VBX to THREED.OLD in your C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM
  99.    directory
  100. b. Copy the file THREED.VBX which resides in \3DVCP31 (or the directory
  101.  where
  102.    Visual Calendar Planner resides) to C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory
  103. c. Restart windows and the problem should go away

  106. 3. Sometimes the calendar will look wierd with some shadows of white and
  107. gray. The problem is related to (3) again. Please follow the instructions
  108. mentioned above.

  113. is missing", please make sure in your C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory the
